Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore
As a student Albus Dumbledore is positioned in Gryffindor. His school years were brilliant and Griselda Marchbank, examiner in OWL/NEWT recalls he had never seen someone so brilliant with the wand before.
As a school teacher he was the one to invite the young Tom Riddle to Hogwarts and the only one not to be fulled by the latter's covet behaviour. He takes a close surveillance over him.
As a headmaster, a position he got around 1970, he rules the school the time Harry's parents are there. Remarkable are his trust to Hagrid, and his tendency to forgive Harry's misdeeds.
He is killed by Severus Snape during the 6th year of Harry's presence at Hogwarts
